Accessibility at KFC
The KFC Israel chain works hard to implement accessibility for people with disabilities.

Service representative training
We instruct and train service representatives (including branch salespeople) in accordance with the Service Regulations (2013). The purpose of the training is to create awareness among company employees of the principle of accessibility and to provide them with practical tools for providing accessible and equitable service.
